MDAI - Chemistry Behind the Headlines 3

This video describes how chemists actually go about investigating the activity and toxicity of psychoactive drugs. I talk about the behaviour and activity of MDAI. Most of the discussion in this video could also be directly applied to 6-APDB. We discuss what is meant by the reported 'low neurotoxicity' of these drugs, but then go on to consider how cardiotoxicity is the big unknown for these type of serotonin-modifying compounds.
